Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. What Fetch is

Fetch is a booking and client-management platform for council-licensed dog daycare, boarding, walking and grooming businesses. Fetch is not itself a dog-care provider — each business is independently owned, licensed and responsible for the care they provide.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a request through a business's Fetch link is a request only — it is not confirmed until the business accepts it. Businesses may decline a request or offer alternative dates at their discretion.

3. Cancellations

Either the client or the business may request to cancel a confirmed booking. Unless the individual business states otherwise, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice before the booking start date may be subject to the business's own cancellation charge — check with your provider. Fetch does not process cancellation fees; any charges are between the client and the business directly.

4. Your information

Details you submit (yours and your dog's, including vaccination dates) are stored to let the business you've booked with manage your dog's care. Each business can only see their own clients' information.

5. Licensing

Licence numbers and issuing councils shown on Fetch are entered directly by each business and are not independently checked by us. Always confirm a business's current licence status directly with them, or with the issuing council, before booking.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms — get in touch with the business you're booking with, or with Fetch directly.
